آفيم، ڏوڏيءَ جي ٻوٽي (Papaver somniferum) جي ڪَچن گوگڙن مان حاصل ٿيندڙ مادو. آفيم ۾ انلجيسڪ اثر ٿئي ٿو، ننڊ ڪرائي ٿو ۽ يوفوريا اثر ٿئي ٿو. آفيم ۽ ان مان حاصل ٿيندڙ ٻيا وکر جھڙوڪ: ڪوڊين (codeine) ۽ ڊائمارفين (diamorphine) به آفيمي (opioids) خاصيتون رکندڙ ٿين ٿا.
