اک، ڏسڻ جو عضوو. اک جي جوڙجڪ ۾ جيڪي عضوا ٿين ٿا انھن جو ڪم ڪنھن به عڪس کي اک جي پٺين حصي ۾ تنتي پڙدي (retina) تي فوڪس ڪرڻ ٿئي ٿو ۽ اعصابي سيل ان عڪس کي برقي اِمپلسز ۾ تبديل ڪري ڇڏين ٿا. اھي امپلس ڏسڻيءَ تنت (optic nerve) رستي، وزيوئل ڪورٽيڪس (visual cortex، دماغ جي پٺيان موجود ديد سان لاڳاپيل حصي) ڏانھن پروڙڻ لاءِ ھليا وڃن ٿا.
