ڪو به اھڙو کاڌو کائڻ جيڪو گوشت ۽ مڇيءَ کان ڪورو ھجي ته ورلي منجهس ٻين جانورن جا وکر به موجود نه ھجن. انسانن کي پنھنجي صحت برقرار رکڻ لاءِ تيستائين گوشت يا جانور جي ڪنھن به وکر کائڻ جي ضرورت نٿي ٿئي جيستائين ٻوٽن مان متوازن غذا ملندي رھي ٿي (ڏسو، nutrition). جڏھن ته جيڪي فرد پنھنجي کاڌي ۾ سڀني جانور جو ھر وکر استعمالڻ کان پرھيز ڪن ٿا تن کي پنھنجيءَ غذا جي اھڙي ڌيان سان رٿابندي ڪرڻ گهرجي يا واڌو وزن استعمال ڪرڻ گهرجن ته جيئن وٽامن بي12 يا ڪيلشم جي کوٽ پيدا ٿي نه سگهي. سبزين وارا کاڌا نسبتاً تاندورَي (fibres) ۾ ججها ٿين ٿا جيڪي ڊائورٽيڪيولر (diverticular) بيمارين ۽ آنڊي جي ڪينسر کان محفوظ رکن ٿا (ڏسو، colon, cancer of; rectum, cancer of). انھن ۾ سوڊيم (sodium) ۽ پوٽيشيم (potassium) به گهٽ ھجي ٿو.
