دوائن جو ھڪ اھڙو گروپ جيڪي رت نليون موڪريون ڪري ڇڏين ٿيون. اھڙين دوائن ۾ اي سي اِي انھبٽر (ACE inhibitors)، الفا بلاڪر (alpha- blockers)، ڪيلشم چينل بلاڪر (calcium channel blockers) نائٽريٽ (nitrate) ۽ سمپٿوليٽڪ (sympatholytic) دوائون شامل ٿين ٿيون. دوائن انھن تڪليفن کي ختم ڪرڻ لاءِ استعمال ڪجن ٿيون جن ۾ رت نلين جي غيررواجي سوڙھي ٿيڻ ڪري ٽشوئن مان رت جو وھڪرو گهٽجي وڃي ٿو ۽ آڪسيجن جي رسد ۾ خلل پوي ٿو. اھڙين تڪليفن ۾ انجائنا پيڪٽورس (angina pectoris) ۽ پيريفيرل ويسڪيولر (peripheral vascular) بيماريون شامل ٿين ٿيون. ويسوڊائليٽر دوائون ھائپرٽينشن (hypertension) ۽ ھرٽ فيلؤر (heart failure) لاءِ به استعمال ڪجن ٿيون. سڀ ويسوڊائليٽر دوائون منھن ڳاڙھو (flushing)، مٿي جو سور، ڦيري، بيھوشي ۽ مُرن جي سوڄ پيدا ڪن ٿيون.
