دائپي جو ھڪ اھڙو طريقو جنھن ھيٺ ٻار ڄڻائڻ ۾ مدد ڪجي ٿي. اھو طريقو تڏھن به استعمال ڪري سگهجي ٿو جڏھن ويم جو ٻيو مرحلو ڊگهو ٿي وڃي ٿو (ڏسو، childbirth)، ماءُ ساڻي ٿي پوي ٿي يا ابھم فيٽل ڊسٽريس (fetal distress) جون نشانيون ظاھر ڪري ٿو. ويڪيوم سڪشن رستي شروعاتي مرحلن ۾ ٻار به خارج ڪجن ٿا. ويڪيوم ايڪسٽريڪشن اوزار ۾ ھڪ سڪشن پمپ ھڪ ويڪيوم باٽل سان ڳنڍيل ٿئي ٿو. سڪشن پمپ گرڀ ناليءَ ۾ ٻار جي مٿي تي رکجي ٿو ته ويڪيوم مشين ابھم جي کوپريءَ کي آھستي آھستي ڳڀيرڻ جي ھر ڪوءَ سان ڊوھي ڪپ ۾ آڻي ٿي. ڊاڪٽرياڻي ابھم کي ماءُ جي گرڀ ناليءَ مان ڌيرج سان ڪپ مان ٻاھر ڪڍي ٿي. ڄمڻ وقت ابھم جو مٿو سڄيل ھجي ٿو جيڪا بنا علاج جي ڪجهه ڏينھن ۾ ختم ٿي وڃي ٿي.
