ڏڪڻي، ڦڙڪو. جسم جي ڪنھن حصي، گهڻي عام ھٿن، پيرن، ڄاڙيءَ، ڄڀ يا مٿي جي مشڪن جي خودمختيار، تال ۾ ٿيندڙ لرزش. ڏڪڻي مشڪ جي تيزيءَ سان واري وٽيءَ سان ٿيندڙ ڀيڪوڙجڻ ۽ ڍلي ٿيڻ جي نتيجي ۾ پيدا ٿئي ٿي. عام طور تي ڪيترا ماڻھو، اَڊرينيلائين/ اپينيفرين (adrenaline/epinephrine) ھارمون جي گهڻي پيداوار سبب ڏڪڻي جو تجربو محسوس ڪن ٿا. پيرسنن ۾ ھلڪي دائمي ڏڪڻي عام ٿئي ٿي. اسينشل ٽريمر (Essential tremor) خاندانن ۾ ھلڪي کان وچٿري تائين ٿيندو رھي ٿو الڪوحل جي ٿورڙي مقدار واپرائڻ يا بيٽا بلاڪر (beta-blocker) دوائن سان ختم ٿي وڃي ٿو. ڪورس ٽريمر (Coarse tremor) آرام واري حالت ۾ ( في سيڪنڊ ۾ 4ـ5 مشڪن جو ڦڙڪڻ) ٿئي ٿو ۽ چرپر واري حالت ۾ گهٽجي وڃي ٿو عام طور تي پارڪنسنس ڊزيز (Parkinson’s disease) جي نشاني ٿئي ٿي. انٽينشن ٽريمر (Intention tremor) سيريبيلر اَٽئڪسيا (cerebellar ataxia) جي نشاني ٿي سگهي ٿي. انھن کانسواءِ ملٽيپل اسڪليروسس (multiple sclerosis)، ولسنس ڊزيز (Wilson’s disease)، مرڪيوري پوائزننگ (mercury poisoning)، ٿائروٽاڪسيڪوسس (thyrotoxicosis) يا ھيپيٽڪ اِنسيفيلوپيٿي (hepatic encephalopathy)، دوائن جھڙوڪ: ايمفيٽامائين (amphetamines) ۽ ڪيفين (caffeine)، نشي پتي جي دوائن سميت الڪوحل ڇڏڻ سبب به ڏڪڻي پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي.
