پرديس جي سفر تي اُسھڻ کان اڳ ۾ ڪنھن به فرد کي اِميونائيزيشن (immunizations) ڪرائڻ جي ضرورت ٿي سگهي ٿي، انھن مان ڪي بين القوامي سفر ڪندڙن لاءِ ته ڪي سفر ڪندڙن جي پنھنجي بچاءَ لاءِ ضروري ٿين ٿيون. عام طور تي ٽريول ايجنٽ ۽ ٽوئر ڪرائيندڙ اھڙي معلومات مھيا ڪن ٿا ته ڪھڙي قسم جون اِميونائيزيشنس ڪرائڻ ضروري ٿي سگهن ٿيون. ڪن ويڪسينن جا لازمي طور تي 2 کان 3 ڊوز ڪجهه ھفتن يا مھينن جي وٿيءَ سان ڏيڻا پون ٿا تنھنڪري سفر شروع ڪرڻ کان 3 مھينا اڳ ڪنھن ڊاڪٽر يا نرس سان صلاح ڪرڻ گهرجي. 1 سال کان ننڍيءَ عمر جا ٻار يا جن فردن جو اِميون سرشتو ناقص ھجي ٿو يا ڪو سنگين نقص ھجي ٿو اھي ويڪسينيشين ڪرائڻ لائق نٿا ھجن جيئن ييلو فيور (yellow fever) ۽ ٽي بيءَ (tuberculosis/BCG) وارا فرد.
