ڪنھن سنڌ جي ڪيپسول/ خول جي تھدار استر جي سوزش جيڪا شديد به ٿي سگهي ٿي، عام طور تي آرٿرائئيٽس جي حملي، ضرب يا انفيڪشن يا پراڻي نقص جھڙوڪ: ريوميٽوائڊ آرٿرائيٽس (rheumatoid arthritis) سبب ٿي پوي ٿي. متاثر سنڌ سُڄي، سور ڪري عام طور تي گرم رھي ٿو ۽ ڳاڙھو ٿي پوي ٿو. ڪارڻ معلوم ڪرڻ لاءِ سنڌ جي ايسپائريشن (aspiration) يا بايوپسي (biopsy) ڪرڻ جي ضرورت ٿي سگهي ٿي. تڪليفن ختم ڪرڻ لاءِ آرام ڪرڻ، سنڌ کي چپڙين ۾ ٻڌڻ يا پلستر (cast) چاڙھڻ، اَنلجيسڪ (analgesics)، نان اسٽيروائيڊل اينٽي انفلميٽري (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory) دوائون ۽ ورلي ڪورٽيڪوسٽيروائڊ (corticosteroid) جون انجيڪشنون ھڻائڻيون پون ٿيون. پراڻي سِنووائيٽس جو علاج سِنوويڪٽوميءَ (synovectomy) رستي ڪري سگهجي ٿو.
