سيني جي تاڪي، ڇاتيءَ جي سامھون وارو ڊگهو، سوڙھو ۽ تراکڙو ھڏو. سيني جي تاڪيءَ جا ٽي حصا ٿين ٿا: مٿيون ٽڪنڊو حصو مينوبريَم (manubrium)، وچون ڊگهو حصو (ڌڙ) ۽ ھيٺين ڇيڙي تي ھڪ ننڍو پن جھڙو وڌاءُ (xiphoid process). مٿيون مينوبريَم، ڪليويڪلن (clavicles) جي اندرين ڇيڙن سان ڳنڍيل ٿئي ٿو. پاسريون (ribs) مينوبريم جي پاسن سان ۽ ڌڙ ڪارٽيليج سان جوٽيل ٿئي ٿو. مينوبريم ۽ ڌڙ جي وچ ۾ سِمفيسِس سنڌ (symphysis joint) ٿئي ٿو جيڪو ساه کڻڻ وقت پاسرن جي اڀرن ۽ لهڻ دوران ھلڪي چرپر ڪرڻ ڏئي ٿو. سيني جي تاڪي جي ٽٽڻ لاءِ سگهاري زور جي ضرورت ٿئي ٿي. اھڙيءَ ضرب سبب گهڻو امڪان ٿئي ٿو ته ڀڳل ھڏا اندر تي پيھي دل کي نقصان پھچائي سگهن جيڪاسيني جي تاڪيءَ پٺيان ٿئي ٿي.
