اسڪن ـ الرجي
ڪنھن به اھڙي مخصوص مادي کي ڇھڻ کانپوءِ اِميون (immune) سرشتي جو نامناسب يا حد کان وڌيڪ ردعمل پيدا ڪري چمڙيءَ جي خارس پيدا ڪرڻ. چمڙيءَ جي الرجيءَ جا مکيا ٻه قسم ٿين ٿا: ڪانٽيڪٽ الرجڪ ڊرميٽائٽس (allergic dermatitis) جنھن ۾ الرجي پيدا ڪندڙ مادي کي ڇھڻ جي ڪجهه ڪلاڪن کان 2 ڏينھن اندر ڳاڙھا، خارسي ڊٻڙ پيدا ٿي پون ٿا ۽ ڪانٽيڪٽ اُرٽيڪيريا (contact urticaria) جنھن ۾ چمڙيءَ جي لاڳاپي ۾ اچڻ جي ڪجهه منٽن اندر ڳاڙھا، اڀريل حصا پيدا ٿي پون ٿا. ڪن ڪيسن ۾ چمڙيءَ جي تپاس ڪرائڻ ضروري ٿي پوي ٿي ته جيئن الرجي پيدا ڪندڙ مادي جي ڄاڻ پئجي سگهي ۽ اڳتي لاءِ ان سان گهٽ ۾ گهٽ لاڳاپي ۾ رھي سگهجي (وڌيڪ ڏسو، atopic eczema).
