شاءِ ـ ڊريگر ـ سِن.ڊروم
شاءِ ـ ڊريگر سنڊروم کي ملٽيپل سسٽم اٽروفي (multiple system atrophy) به سڏجي ھڪ ورلي ٿيندڙ بگڙجندڙ نقص ٿئي ٿو جنھن جي ڪارڻ جي ڄاڻ ڪونھي آھستي آھستي خودڪار تنتي سرشتو (autonomic nervous system) تباه ڪري ٿو. 60 کان 70 سالن جي عمر ۾ آھستي آھستي پيدا ٿيڻ شروع ٿئي ٿو ۽ مردن ۾ گهڻو عام ٿئي ٿو. ان جي تڪليفن ۾ ڦيري ۽ غشي ۽ پاسچورل ھائپوٽينشن (postural hypotension) سبب ڦيري ۽ غشي، پيشاب روڪي نه سگهڻ، انگيز جا مسئلا ۽ گهٽ پگهر پيدا ٿيڻ جي صلاحيت ۽ پارڪنسونزم (parkinsonism) شامل ٿين ٿا. جنھن سبب اڳتي ھلي آخرڪار معذوري ۽ ورلي موت به اچي سگهي ٿو. بيماريءَ جو ڪو علاج ڪونھي ۽ نه ئي بگاڙ کي گهٽائي سگهجي ٿو جڏھن ته ڪيترين تڪليفن کي دوائن رستي ختم ڪري سگهجي ٿو.
