ڪلهو. جسم جو اھو ھنڌ جتي ٻانھن ڍڍر سان جوٽيل ٿئي ٿي. ان ھنڌ تي ٽي ھڏا پاڻ ۾ ملن ٿا جيڪي آھن: ڪلهي جي ڦڻ (scapula)، ھسلي (clavicle) ۽ ڏوراٺي (humerus). ڪلهي وٽ گول پياليءَ (ball-and-socket) وارو سنڌ گهڻي حد تائين ڦري گهري سگهي ٿو. ان ھنڌ جي عام ضربن ۾ شامل ٿين ٿيون ڪليويڪل يا مٿينءَ ھيومرس جو نڪري ۽ ڀڄي پوڻ (ڏسو، shoulder, dislocation of). ڪلهو، سنڌ جي ڪنھن به نقص سبب متاثر ٿي سگهي ٿو ته گنڀير حالت ۾ فروزن شولڊر (frozen shoulder) واري حالت به پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي. ڪلهي واري سنڌ جي آسپاس واري ٻنڌي (tendon) يا ڪنھن برسا (bursa) جي سوزش سبب پيڙاڪن آرڪ سنڊروم (arc syndrome) پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿو.
