شن ـ اسپلنٽس
ھيٺين ٽنگ (پنيءَ) جي سامھون ۽ پاسن کان پوندڙ سور جيڪو ڪسرت دوران پويٿو يا بدتر ٿي وڃي ٿو. ان سان گڏ متاثر حصو ڏکڻو ٿي پوي ٿو ته ايڊيما (oedema) به ٿي پوي ٿي. ڊوڙون پائيندڙ ۾ پِنيءَ جي تڪليف عام ٿي پوي ٿي جنھن جا ڪيترائي ڪارڻ ٿي سگهن ٿا جھڙوڪ: ڪمپارٽمينٽ سنڊروم (compartment syndrome)، ٽينڊِينائيٽس (tendinitis)، مايوسائيٽس (myositis) يا پيريئوسٽائيٽس (periostitis). گهڻين حالتن ۾ سور 2 مھينن ۾ ختم ٿي وڃي ٿو. پر جي شديد ھجي يا اٿلي پوي ته نان اسٽيروائڊل اينٽي انفليميٽري (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory) دوائون يا ڪورٽيڪوسٽيروائڊ (corticoster oids) جي ضرورت پئجي سگهي ٿي. ورلي، آپريشن به ڪرڻي پوي ٿي ته جيئن متاثر مشڪ تان دٻاءُ گهٽائي سگهجي. ڪيترن کي فزيوٿراپيءَ (physiotherapy) مان يا بھتر جوتن پائڻ سان به فائدو ٿي سگهي ٿو.
