Retinopathy

ري.ٽي.نو.پي.ٿي

تنتي پردي (retina) جو نقص يا بيماري جيڪا عام طور تي ڊائبِيٽيز ميلائيٽس (diabetes mellitus) يا لاڳيتو رھندڙ ھائپرٽينشن (hypertension) سبب ٿي پوي ٿي. ڊائبيٽڪ ريٽينوپيٿي ۾ تنتي پردي جا رت واھڻ (capillaries) انُورزم (aneurysms) سبب متاثر ٿي پون ٿا، پاڻيٺ جو سيمو ۽ تنتي پردي تي رتھير ٿئي ٿي. پوءِ تنتي پردي جي مٿاڇري تي غيرمعمولي رت واھڻ پيدا ٿين ٿا. جيئن ته اھي نفيس ٿين ٿا ان سبب وٽريئس ھيمريج (vitreous haemorrhage) ٿي سگهي ٿي. وٽريس ھيومر تي تاندوري ٽشو (fibrous tissues) به پيدا ٿي سگهن ٿا. ليزر سرجريءَ سان علاج ڪرڻ سان عام طور تي تڪليف جو وڌڻ بند ٿي وڃي ٿو. ھاپرٽينسو ريٽينوپيٿيءَ (hypertensive retinopathy) ۾ تنتي پردي جون شريانون سوڙھيون ٿي وڃن ٿيون. تنتي پردي جا حصا تباه ٿي سگهن ٿا ۽ تنتي پردي ۾ رتھير ۽ سفيد ڊپازٽ پيدا ٿي سگهن ٿا (وڌيڪ ڏسو، retrolental fibroplasia).
