مادي پيدائشي سرشتو جنھن ۾ شامل ٿين ٿا: آنجڻ جو عمل (ovulation)، جنسي ميلاپ (sexual intercourse)، پائدار حمل ۽ ٻار ڄڻڻ (childbirth). فرج (vulva) کانسواءِ جيڪو گرڀ ناليءَ (vagina) جي منھن جو بچاءُ ڪري ٿو اھي عضوا نھائين جي ڀانڊي ۾ موجود ٿين ٿا. ھر مھيني ٻه آنيدانيون آنا (ovaries) خارج ڪرڻ سان گڏ ايسٽروجن (oestrogen) ھارمون ۽ پروجيسٽيرون (progesterone) ھارمون به خارج ڪري پيدائشي سائيڪل تي ضابطو رکن ٿيون. آنا، فيلوپين نلين (fallopian tubes) مان ڳڀيرڻ ڏانھن سفر ڪن ٿا. آنو تڏھن ڦَرجي (fertilize) ٿو جڏھن جنسي ميلاپ کانپوءِ ڳھڻ (cervix) ۽ ڳڀيرڻ (uterus) مان ٿيندو آني جي فيلوپين نلين ۾ ھوندي ان ۾ گهڙي وڃي ٿو.
