ريڪٽل ـ بليڊنگ
سفري (rectum) يا گديا (anus) مان ٿيندڙ رتھير. رت ڳاڙھي، گهري ناسي يا ڪاري به ٿي سگهي ٿي. اھا ملاوت واري يا مٿاڇري تي ڪرفتيءَ سان مليل يا الڳ به ٿي سگهي ٿي. سور به ٿي سگهي ٿو. سفري مان رت اچڻ جو ھڪ گهڻو عام ڪارڻ بواسير (haemorrhoids) ٿئي ٿو. جنھن ۾ تيز ڳاڙھي رت ننڍڙي مقدار ۾ ڪرفتيءَ جي مٿاڇري يا ٽوائلٽ پيپر تي ظاھر ٿئي ٿي. اينل فشر (anal fissure)، اينل فسٽيولا (anal fistula)، پروڪٽيٽس (proctitis) يا ريڪٽل پروليپس (rectal prolapse) سبب به رت اچي سگهي ٿي. آنڊي جي ڪينسر (ڏسو، colon, cancer of)، سفري (ڏسو، rectum, cancer of) يا نڪرن (polyps) سبب به رت اچي سگهي ٿي. آنڊي جون تڪليفون جھڙوڪ: ڊائِورٽيڪيولر ڊزيز (diverticular disease) سبب گهري ڳاڙھي ڪرفتي اچي ٿي. ڪاري ڪرفتي (melaena) جو ڪارڻ ھاضمي جي ناليءَ ۾ مٿي رتھير ٿيڻ ٿئي ٿي. رتھڻا دست، اِنفلميٽري بائول ڊزيز (inflammatory bowel disease)، اَمِيباسس (amoebiasis) يا شگيلوسس (shigellosis) سبب ٿي سگهن ٿا. ممڪن ٿئي ٿو ته تشخيص لاءِ سفري جي چڪاس (rectal examination)، پروڪٽواسڪوپي (proctoscopy)، سگموئيڊواسڪوپي (sigmoidoscopy)، ڪولونواسڪوپي colonoscopy)) يا ڪي ٻيون تپاسون (imaging techniques) ڪجن .
