پي.نس ـ ڪينسر ـ آف
آلت جي ھڪ قسم جي ورلي ٿيندڙ ڪينسري ڳوڙھي جيڪا اڻ طھريل مردن ۾ جيڪي صفائي ڏانھن گهڻو ڌيان نٿا ڏين گهڻي عام ٿي پوي ٿي. وائرسي انفيڪشن ۽ تماڪ ڇڪڻ ان جي پيدا ٿيڻ جا واڌو خطرا ٿين ٿا. عام طور تي ڪينسري ڳوڙھي سوپاري يا کوپي تي سور نه ڪندڙ ھسي (wart) جھڙيءَ ڳوڙھيءَ يا سور ڪندڙ السر جي صورت ۾ شروع ٿئي ٿي ۽ گل گوبيءَ جيان واڌ ڪري ٿي. عام طور تي واڌ آھستي آھستي وڌي ٿي ته ڪن ۾ ڪجهه مھينن اندر چڏي جي لمف نوڊن (lymph nodes) ڏانھن وگهري وڃي ٿي. تشخيص لاءِ بايوپسي (biopsy) ڪجي ٿي. جيڪڏھن ڪينسري ڳوڙھي جي وقت سر ڄاڻ پئجي وڃي ته عام طور تي ريڊيوٿراپي (radiotherapy) يا ڪيموٿراپيءَ (chemotherapy) سان ڪامياب علاج ڪري سگهجي ٿو نه ته آلت جو متاثر حصو يا سڄي خارج ڪري ڇڏڻ ضروري ٿئي ٿي.
