(پيم.في.گس) چمڙيءَ جي ھڪ ورلي ٿيندڙ سنگين آٽواِميون (autoimmune) بيماري جنھن ۾ چمڙيءَ ۽ وات ۾ گهڻي ڀاڱي 40 ـ 60 سالن جي عمر وچ ۾ ڦلوڪڻا پيدا ٿي پون ٿا. عام طور تي ڦلوڪڻا وات ۾ پيدا ٿين ٿا، چمڙيءَ تي پيدا ٿيڻ کان اڳ ۾ ۽ ڦاٽڻ کانپوءِ خام ھنڌ پيدا ڪري انھن کي روڳي آخر ۾ ڪڙي ٻڌجي وڃي ٿي.جيڪا چمڙي متاثر ٿيل نظر نٿي اچي تنھن تي به ھلڪي دٻائڻ لڳائڻ سان ڦلوڪڻا پيدا ٿي سگهن ٿا. جيڪڏھن چمڙيءَ جو ھڪ وڏو حصو متاثر ٿي پوي ته چمڙي شديد ضايع ٿي بئڪٽيريائي انفيڪشن پيدا ڪري سگهي ٿي ۽ ورلي مري به سگهجي ٿو. بيماريءَ جي تشخيص ڪرڻ لاءِ بايوپسي (biopsy) ڪجي ٿي. علاج لاءِ ڪورٽيڪوسٽيرائيڊ دوائن جو ڊگهو ڪورس ۽ ورلي حالتن ۾ امينوسپريسنٽ (plasmapheresis) يا پلازمافيريسس (plasmapheresis) ڏجي ٿي. اينٽيبياٽڪ (antibiotics) به تجويز ڪري سگهجن ٿيون.
