اسپتال جو ھڪ اھڙو مخصوص ڪمرو جتي آپريشن ڪجي ٿي. آپريشن دوران انفيڪشن ٿيڻ جي خطرن کي صاف، ڇڻيل ھوا جي گذر ۽ مٿاڇرن کي سولائي سان ڌوئي صاف ڪري سگهجي ٿو. سرجن، اسسٽنٽ ۽ نرسون اسٽيرل (sterile) برش ۽ بئڪٽيريا ڪش صابڻن رستي پنھنجا ھٿ ۽ ٻانھون ملي صاف ڪري اسٽيرل گائون، ماسڪ ۽ دستانا پائين ٿا. آپريشن ٿيئيٽر ۾ اھڙي روشني استعمال ڪجي ٿي جنھن جو پاڇو پيدا نٿو ٿئي، اسڪين ڏسڻ جا اسڪرين موجود ٿين ٿا، بيھوش ڪندڙ مشينون (ڏسو، anaesthesia, general) ۽ ھڪ ڊائٿرمي (diathermy) مشين رستي رتھير تي ڪنٽرول ڪجي ٿو ۽ ھڪ ھرٽ ـ لنگ (heart-lung machine) مشين به موجود ھجي ٿي.
