(اُو.وو.فو. ريڪ. ٽومي) عام طور تي آنيدانين (ovaries) جي سسٽن (ovarian cysts) يا ڪينسر سبب آنيدانيون ڪڍي ڇڏڻ (ڏسو، ovary, cancer of). 40 سالن کان گهٽ عمر جي عورتن جي جزوي اُوووفوريڪٽومي ڪجي ٿي ته جيئن انھن جي آنيدانين جي ڪم جو بچاءُ ڪري سگهجي. جيڪڏھن بيماري ڳڀيرڻ مان پکڙجي ويئي ھجي يا مستقبل ۾ آنيدانيءَ جي ڪينسر کان بچاءُ ڪرڻو ھجي ته ھسٽيريڪٽامي (hysterectomy) رستي ٻئي آنيدانيون خارج ڪري ڇڏجن ٿيون. جيڪڏھن ڳوڙھيءَ جي واڌ جو مدار آنيدانيءَ جي ھارمون تي ھجي ته ڇاتيءَ جي ڪينسر (breast cancer) جي علاج جي ھڪ حصي طور آنيدانيون به نيڪال ڪري سگهجن ٿيون. سنڍجڻ (menopause) کان اڳ ۾ ٻنھي آنيدانين جي خارج ڪرڻ کانپوءِ ھارمون ريپليسمينٽ ٿراپي (hormone replacement therapy/HRT) جي گهرج ٿي سگهي ٿي.
