ڪرفتيءَ ۾ موجود رت جيڪا ڏسي نٿي سگهجي پر ڪيميائي تپاس رستي جاچي سگهجي ٿو. اھڙين تپاسن رستي وڏي آنڊي (ڏسو، colon, cancer of) يا سفري (ڏسو، rectum, cancer of) جي ڪينسر لهي سگهجي ٿي. فيڪل آڪلٽ بلڊ گئسٽروانٽسٽائينل جي گڙٻڙ جھڙوڪ: اِيسوفئگائيٽِس (oesophagitis)، گئسٽرائيٽس (gastritis) يا معدي (stomach) جي ڪينسر، آنڊي جي ڪينسر (ڏسو، intestine, cancer of)، ڊائورٽيڪيولر (diverticular) بيماريءَ، وڏي آنڊي جا نڪرا (polyps)، السريٽو ڪولائيٽس (ulcerative colitis) يا معدي يا آنڊي جي ايسپرِن (aspirin) دوائن سبب جلن جي به نشاني ٿي سگهي ٿي (وڌيڪ ڏسو، rectal bleeding).
