سفر جي ڦيري جيڪا ڪن فردن ۾ روڊ، سمنڊ يا ھوائي مسافريءَ دوران پيدا ڪري ٿي. ان جون نشانيون اھنجائپ محسوس ڪرڻ، مٿي جو سور، پريشاني، گهڻي پگهرجڻ ۽ پڪ پيدا ٿيڻ، پيلاڻ، اوڪارن ۽ الٽيءَ ٿي سگهن ٿيون. سفري بيماري جي پيدا جو ڪارڻ اندرين ڪن ۾ توازن واري عضوي جي ھر ھر چرپر ڪرڻ سبب متاثر ٿيڻ ٿئي ٿو. ڪيترا پھلو جھڙوڪ: پريشاني، دونھانٽيل ماحول يا کاڌي تي نظر پوڻ سان حالت بدتر ٿي سگهي ٿي ته ساڳين ويجهن شين ڏانھن چتائي ڏسڻ سان پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي تنھنڪري متاثر ٿيندڙن کي ڏور افق ۾ ڪنھن نقطي ڏانھن نھارڻ گهرجي. سفري ڦيريءَ کان بچڻ يا ان تي ضابطي ۾ رکڻ لاءِ اينٽي ئيميٽڪ (antiemetic) دوائن استعمال ڪري يا ڪرائيءَ تي اڪوپريشر (acupressure) جون پٽيون ٻڌي سگهجن ٿيون.
