جيتن جا چڪ، رت چوسيندڙ جيتن جھڙوڪ: مڇر، ڪارڙي (fleas)، جونءَ وغيره جي چڪ پائڻ سبب پيدا ٿيندڙ ڦٽ. جيتن جي ڪيترن چڪن سبب رڳو عارضي سور يا خارس پيدا ٿئي ٿي ته ڪن فردن کي چمڙيءَ جا سنگين ردعمل پيدا ٿين ٿا. استوائي ۽ نيم استوائي علائقن ۾ جيتن جا چڪ گهڻا سنگين ٿين ٿا. ڇاڪاڻ ته، جيتن جون ڪي چڪيندڙ جنسون بيماريون پکيڙين ٿيون (ڏسو، insecst and disease). جيتن جا سڀ چڪ انھن جي پڪ يا ڦولهڙيون رستي جيڪي چڪ واري ھنڌ جي ڀرسان لاھين ٿا منجهن موجود مادن سبب چمڙيءَ جا ردعمل پيدا ڪن ٿا. انھن جا پيدا ٿيندڙ ردعمل ڳاڙھن ڳوڙھين کانوٺي پيڙاڪن سوڄ يا انتھائي خارسي داڻن ۾ پيدا ٿين ٿا، ڪن جيتن جھڙوڪ: مکين ۽ ڏينڀن جا ڏنگ (ڏسو، insect stings) موتمار اَلرجيون پيدا ڪن ٿا (وڌيڪ ڏسو، lice, spider bites; mites and disease; ticks and disease).
