اَڍ يا جينياتي طريقن (genetic mechanisms) رستي گڻن ۽ اوگڻن جو منتقل ٿيڻ. ھر فرد تخم ۽ آني رستي، جينن (genes) جي ھڪ گاڏر ورثي ۾ حاصل ڪري ٿو جن مان ھو يا ھوءَ پيدا ٿئي ٿي. جينن جا لاڳاپا موروثي خاصيتن جو فيصلو ڪن ٿا جن مان ڪن حالتن ۾ نقص يا نقصن جي پيدا ٿيڻ جا امڪان ٿين ٿا (وڌيڪ ڏسو، genetic disorders; inheritance).
