ھي.مو.لاءِ. ٽِڪ ـ ڊزيز ـ آف ـ د ـ نيو.بارن

ماءُ جي پيدا ٿيندڙ اينٽيباڊين (antibodies) سبب پيٽ واري ٻچي يا نئين ڄاول ٻار جي حد کان وڌيڪ ھيمولائيسس (رت جي ڳاڙھن سيلن جي ٽٽڻ). جنھن جو عام طور تي وڏو ڪارڻ رِيوسِس انڪامپيٽِيبلٽي (Rhesus incompatibility) ٿئي ٿي. ايئن تڏھن ٿئي ٿو جڏھن آر ايڇ نيگيٽو رت جي گروپ واري ماءُ جيڪا اڳ ۾ ويم، ڇڪيءَ، ٻار ڪيرائڻ، ايمنِيئوسينٽيسِس يا ڪرانڪ وِلس سيمپلنگ رستي رت جي آر ايڇ پازيٽو گروپ سان لاڳاپي ۾ اچي چڪي آھي ۽ ھاڻ ھڪ اھڙي ٻار سان حامله آھي جنھن جو رت جو گروپ آر ايڇ پازيٽو آھي. ھاڻ ھيمولائِٽڪ بيماري ورلي ڪا ٿئي ٿي جنھن جو سبب آر ايڇ نيگيٽو عورتن جو حمل دوران بچاءَ جو علاج ڪجي ٿو (ڏسو، anti-D (Rh0) immunoglobulin).
