ھڪ ورلي ٿيندڙ آٽواِميون (authoimmune) بيماري جنھن سبب بڪيءَ جي گلوميروليءَ (ڏسو، glomerulus)، ڦڦڙن جي آلويليءَ (alveoli) ۾ سوزش ۽ رت جي پوڻائي (anaemia) ٿي پوي ٿي. اھا ھڪ سنگين بيماري ٿئي ٿي جيڪڏھن اوائل ۾ ئي علاج شروع نه ڪجي ته ڦڦڙن ۾ موتمار رتھير (bleeding) ڪري آھستي آھستي بڪيون بيڪار ڪري ڇڏي ٿي. ھيءَ بيماري نوجوانن ۾ گهڻي عام ٿئي ٿي ۽ عمر جي ڪنھن به حصي ۾ پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي ته عورتون به ان مبتلا ٿي سگهن ٿيون. ورلي، علاج طور اِميونوسَپريسنٽ (immunosuppressant) ۽ پلازمافيريسز (plasmapheresis) دوائن جي موٽ ڏئي ٿي. جن فردن کي ھن بيماريءَ جا شديد يا ور ور حملا ٿين ٿا تن کي ڊائليسس (dialysis) ڪرائڻ جي ضرورت ٿئي ٿي ۽ پوءِ اڳتي ھلي ھڪ نئين بڪي پيوند ڪرائڻ (kidney transplant) جي.
