گلا.ءِ.ڪو.سي. لي.ٽيڊ ـ ھيموگلوبن
ھڪ قسم جي ھيموگلوبن (haemoglobin) جيڪا شگرگلوڪوس سان جهٽيل ٿئي ٿي. ڪيترن فردن ۾ 4 کان 7 سيڪڙو ھيموگلوبن، گلائيڪوسيليٽيڊ ٿئي ٿي. ڊائبِيٽيز ميلائيٽس (diabetes mellitus) ۾ مبتلا فردن ۾ جيڪڏھن علاج رستي بِلڊ گلوڪوس سطح عام رواجي حد ۾ قائم رکي نه سگهجي ته گلائيڪوسيليٽيڊ ھيموگلوبن وڌي وڃي ٿي. گلائيڪوسيليٽيڊ ھيموگلوبن جي سطح مان گذريل 3 مھينن جي رت جي سطحن جي ڄاڻ رکي سگهجي ٿي. جڏھن ته جن فردن جي ھيموگلوبن غيرمعمولي جھڙوڪ: سِڪل سيل اَنيمِيا (sickle cell anaemia) ۾ مبتلا رھندڙن جي گلائيڪوسيليٽيڊ ھيموگلوبن رستي رت جي گلوڪوس جي سطح جاچي نٿي سگهجي.
