گئس.ٽرڪ ـ اِرو.شن
معدي (stomach) جي استر جي مٿاڇري واري تھه جو ڳرڻ. جڏھن تھه وڌيڪ گهرائيءَ ۾ ڳري وڃي ته ان حالت کي گئسٽرڪ السر (gastric ulcer) سڏجي ٿو (ڏسو، peptic ulcer). گئسٽرڪ اِروزن گئسٽرائيٽس (gastritis) جي ڪن حالتن ۾ پيدا ٿئي ٿي ته ان جا گهڻا ڪارڻ الڪوحل واپرائڻ، فولاد (iron) جون گوريون، ڪورٽِيڪوسٽيروائڊ (corticosteroid) يا نان اسٽيروئائيڊل اينٽي انفلِميٽري (nonsteriodal anti-inflammatory drugs/NSAIDs) دوائون جھڙوڪ: ايسپرِن (asprin) ۽ آئبوپروفين (ibuprofen) استعمال ڪرڻ ٿين ٿيون. ڪن بيمارين جي سنگين جسماني دٻاءُ جھڙوڪ: بڪين جو بيڪار ٿي وڃڻ (kidney failure)، مٿي جي سنگين ڌڪ يا سڙي پوڻ سبب اِروزن پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي. عام طور تي اِروزن جون نشانيون پيدا نٿيون ٿين پر ان سبب رتھير، رت جي الٽي يا پيٽان رت اچي سگهي ٿو. رت جي مسلسل ضايع ٿيڻ سبب رت جي پوڻائي (anaemia) پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي. گئسٽرڪ اِروزن جي تشخيص گئسٽرواسڪوپيءَ (gastroscopy) رستي ڪجي ٿي. ائنٽاسڊ (antacid) ۽ السر ڇٽائيندڙ (ulcer healing) دوائن سان علاج ڪجي ته ڪجهه ڏينھن ۾ ڇٽي وڃن ٿيون.
