ورلي، فائبروسائيٽس (fibrositis) سڏجندڙ اھا ھڪ اھڙي تڪليف ٿئي ٿي جنھن کي مڪمل طور تي نه سمجهيو ويو آھي جنھن ۾ عام طور تي ڍڍر، ٻنڊڙن ۽ ڪلهن جي مشڪن جو سور ۽ سِيٽ ٿي پوي ٿي. مشڪن جا متاثر حصا (جن کي ٽگر پوائنٽس trigger points سڏجي ٿو) ڇھڻ سان حساس لڳن ٿا، عام طور تي کوپريءَ جا ھيٺيان حصا ۽ ڪلهي جي ڦڻي جي ويجهو واريون مشڪون حساس ٿين ٿيون. ان جي ٻي عام نشاني ساڻائي ٿئي ٿي. عام طور تي فائبرومائيلگيا دٻاءَ واري عرصي دوران ٿي پوي ٿي ۽ پوءِ شديد ٿي وڃي ٿي. علاج ۾ گرمي، مالش، ڪسرت، دٻاءُ گهٽائڻ، ڪاگنيٽوـ بھيويريل ٿراپي (cognitive-behavioural therapy) ۽ دوائن جھڙوڪ: نان ـ اسٽيروائڊل اينٽي ـ انفليمينٽري (nonsteriodal anti-inflammatory) ۽ ورلي اينٽي ڊپريسنٽ (antidepressant) سان تڪليف گهٽجي سگهي ٿي.
