ڪن.ٽي.جِيس

وچڙندڙ، پکڙجندڙ، ھن اصطلاح مان مراد ھڪ اھڙي بيماري ٿئي ٿي جيڪا ھڪ فرد کان ٻئي فرد تائين عام رواجي سماجي لاڳاپن رستي وچڙي سگهي ٿي. سڀ وچڙندڙ بيماريون جھڙوڪ: عام طور تي ٿيندڙ ليس بخار يا لاکڙو (chickenpox) وچڙندڙ ٿين ٿا. جڏھن ته ’وچڙندڙ‘ اصطلاح ڪيترين وچڙندڙ بيمارين (infectious diseases) جھڙوڪ: ٽائفائيڊ، بادفرنگ (syphilis) يا ائڊس (AIDS) سان لاڳو نٿو ٿئي جيڪي ٻين طريقن سان پکڙجن ٿيون.
