ڪنھن برسا (bursa) جي سوزش سبب پيدا ٿيندڙ سور ۽ سوڄ. برسائيٽس سنڌ جي چوگرد واري تھه تي دٻاءَ، گاٺ يا ھلڪي ضرب يا روڳ سبب پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿو. مثال طور؛ پِريپيٽيلر برسائيٽس (prepatellar bursitis/housemaid’s knee) ھڪ ڊگهي وقت تائين ڪنھن سخت مٿاڇري تي گوڏي کوڙڻ سبب پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي. وڌيڪ دٻاءَ وجهڻ کان پرھيز ڪرڻ ۽ نان اسٽيروائڊل اينٽي انفليميٽري (non- steroidal anti-inflammatory) دوائون ان تڪليف جو علاج ٿين ٿيون. ورلي، برسا جي روڳ ھجڻ سبب اينٽيبياٽڪ (antibiotics) دوائن جي گهرج پئجي سگهي ٿي.
