بريسٽ ـ ڊس.ئارڊرس ـ آف
ڇاتين کي متاثر ڪندڙ اھڙيون تڪليفون جيڪي گهڻي ڀاڱي معمولي ٿين ٿيون ۽ علاج جي ترت موٽ ڏين ٿيون. انھن تڪليفن جا گهڻا اھم ڪارڻ انفيڪشن/ روڳ ٿين ٿا جھڙوڪ: ماسٽائيٽس (mastitis)، ڳوڙھيون ۽ ھارموني تبديليون. بريسٽ سسٽس (breast cysts)، فائبروايڊِينوما (fibroadenomas)، ٻيون اَڪينسري ڳوڙھيون يا گهڻي ورلي ڇاتيءَ جي ڪينسر (breast cancer) به ٿي سگهي ٿي. ماھواريءَ کان اڳ ۾ يا جڏھن ڪا عورت ھارمون استعمال ڪري ٿي تڏھن ڇاتيءَ جو سور پوڻ ۽ ڏکڻو ٿي پوڻ عام ٿين ٿا. ماھواريءَ کان اڳ ۾ ممڪن ٿئي ٿو ته ڇاتيون وڏڙيون ۽ ڳوڙھايون ٿي پون. اھڙا ڳوڙھا ماھواري پور ٿيڻ کانپوءِ سسي وڃن ٿا. ھارموني نقص ممڪن ٿئي ٿو ته ورلي گيليڪٽوريا (galactorrhoea، کير جي غيرمعمولي پيداوار) پيدا ڪري وجهن. مردن ۾، ھارموني گڙٻڙ يا ڪن قسمن جي دوائن جي علاج سبب گائِنيڪوماسِٽيئا (gynaecomastia) پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي.
