دوائن جو ھڪ اھڙو گروپ جيڪو ھسٽَمين (histamine) جي اثرن کي ٻنجي ڇڏي ٿو، جيڪو مادو الرجيءَ جي ردعملن طور پيدا ٿئي ٿو (ڏسو، allergy). چمڙيءَ جي ڳاڙھن نشانن جھڙوڪ: ڏڏرن يا ڇاپاڪن (urticaria) جي علاج ۽ نِشن ۽ وھندڙ نڪ (rhinitis) سبب پيدا ٿيندڙ الرجيءَ جي تڪليف ختم ڪرڻ لاءِ استعمال ٿين ٿيون. ورلي کنگهه ۽ ٿڌ جي علاج سميت اينٽي ئيميٽڪ دوائن طور به استعمال ڪجن ٿيون. عام طور تي وات رستي استعمال ڪجن ٿيون يا مقامي ھنڌ تي مکيون وڃن ٿيون. اينافائيليڪٽڪ شاڪ (anaphylactic shock) واري حالت ۾ ان جي ڪشن رستي ھڻي سگهجن ٿيون. ڪي غشي پيدا ڪن ٿيون ته نئين دوائن ۾ ٿورو ڪو سڪون ڏيندڙ اثر ٿئي ٿو. اھڙن ٻين ممڪن اثرن ۾ بک نه لڳڻ، اوڪارا، وات جي خشڪي، نظر جي ڌنڌلائپ ۽ پيشاب ڪرڻ ۾ تڪليف ٿي سگهي ٿي.
