اين.ٽي.ڦن.گل ـ ڊرگس
دوائن جو ھڪ اھڙو گروپ جنھن جون دوائون ڦنگيءَ سبب پيدا ٿيندڙ روڳن جي علاج لاءِ استعمال ٿين ٿيون. عام طور تي اينٽي ڦنگل دوائن رستي ڪيترن قسمن جي ٽينيا (tinea) جنھن ۾ اٿيليٽس فوٽ (athlete’s foot) ۽ کوپريءَ جي ڏڍ (ringworm) شامل ٿئي علاج ڪجي ٿو. ڪينڊيڊياسس يا ٿرش (candidiasis/thrush) ۽ ڪن ورلي ٿيندڙ ڦنگي روڳن جھڙوڪ: ڪريپٽوڪوڪوسس (cryptococcosis) لاءِ به استعمال ڪجن ٿيون جيڪو اندريان عضوا متاثر ڪري ٿو. اينٽي ڦنگل دوائون گورين، ان جي ڪشنن، ڪريمن ۽ نباتن (pessaries) جي صورت ۾ ملن ٿيون. سنگين قسمن جي ڦنگي روڳن لاءِ ٿيندڙ ڊگهو علاج اگرا اثر پيدا ڪري ٿو جنھن ۾ جيرو يا بڪي تباه ٿي سگهي ٿي.
