جيڪي دوائون ڪولوسٽومي (colostomy) يا اِليئوسٽوميءَ (ileostomy) ڪرايل فردن کي دستن گهٽائڻ يا بند ڪرائڻ ۽ آنڊن جي ڪم کي روان دوان رکڻ ۾ مدد ڪن ٿيون. دستن جي ڪيترين شديد حالتن ۾ رڳو جنھن علاج ڪرڻ جي سفارش ڪئي وڃي ٿي اھا اورل ريھائڊريشن ٿراپي (oral rehydration therapy) ٿئي ٿي. اينٽي ڊائريئل دوائن ۾ جذب ڪندڙ دوائون جھڙوڪ: ڪائولن (kaolin)، بلڪ فارمنگ ايجنٽ (bulk-forming agents) ۽ اينٽيموٽلٽي (antimotality) دوائون (اوپيئوڊ opiod، مارفين morphine ، ڪوڊين codeine ۽ لوپيرامائيڊloperamide ) شامل ٿين ٿيون. اھي آنڊن ۾ موجود مواد جي چرپر گهٽائين ٿيون. انھن مان ڪا به دوا ٻارڙن لاءِ مناسب نٿي ٿئي.
