بگائپ، ڪڪائپ. ھڪ ورلي ٿيندڙ موروثي بيماري (disorder genetic) جنھن ۾ ميلانن (melanin) پگمينٽ جيڪا چمڙيءَ، وارن ۽ اکين کي رنگ ڏئي ٿي موجود نٿي ھجي. آڪولوڪيوٽينيس البِنيزم (oculocutaneous albinism) ۾ وار، چمڙي ۽ اکيون سڀ متاثر ٿين ٿيون. گهٽ عام ٿيندڙ حالت ۾ رڳو اکيون متاثر ٿين ٿيون. ٻنھي قسمن ۾ چمڙي سانوري (tan) ٿي نٿي سگهي، وقت کان اڳ ۾ پوڙھي ٿي وڃي ٿي ۽ سج ۾ وائکن ٿيندڙن حصن تي چمڙيءَ جي ڪينسر ٿي سگهي ٿي. بگائپ ۾ مبتلا فردن ۾ ديد جا مسئلا جنھن ۾ فوٽوفوبيا (photophobia)، نيسٽيگمس (nystagmus)، اسڪئِنٽ (squint) ۽ مايوپيا (myopia) ٿي پون ٿا. عام طور تي ننڍيءَ عمر کان عينڪ استعمال ڪرڻي پوي ٿي ۽ ٽنٽيڊ/ھلڪي رنگ وارن چشمن پائڻ سان فوٽوفوبيا گهٽجڻ ۾ مدد ملي سگهي ٿي.
