اَڊ.ري.نل ـ ٽيومرَ
اڊرينل غدودن جون ڪينسري يا اَڪينسري ڳوڙھيون عام طور تي ھارمونن جو حد کان وڌيڪ مقدار خارج ڪن ٿيون. اڊرينل ۾ ورلي ڳوڙھيون پيدا ٿين ٿيون. اڊرينل ڪورٽيڪس جون ڳوڙھيون الڊوسٽيرون (aldosterone) خارج ڪري بنيادي الڊوسٽيرونزم (aldosteronism) يا ھيڊروڪورٽيسون (hydrocortisone) پيدا ڪري ڪُشنگس سنڊروم (Cushing’s syndrome) پيدا ڪري سگهن ٿيون. مَڊولا (medulla) جون ڳوڙھيون/ ڳوڙھا اڊريرينيلائين (adrenaline) ۽ نان اڊرينيلائين (nonadrenaline) جي ججهائي پيدا ڪن ٿا. مَڊولا کي ٻن قسمن جو ڳوڙھيون متاثر ڪري سگهن ٿيون: فيوڪروموسائيٽوما (phaeochromocytoma) ۽ نيوروبلاسٽوما (neuroblastoma) ٻارن کي متاثر ڪن ٿيون. انھن ڳوڙھين سبب وقت به وقت ھائپرٽينشن (hypertension) ٿي پوي ٿو ۽ پگهر جا دورا پون ٿا. عام طور تي ڪنھن ڳوڙھيءَ کي آپريشن رستي ڪڍرائڻ سان اھڙيون تڪليفون ختم ٿي وڃن ٿيون.
