مطلق العنانيت

هي هڪ سياسي نظريو/ حُڪومتي سرشتوآهي، جنهن ۾ حاڪم يا حڪومت جو اختيار رسمي يا قانوني حدبندين کان آجو هوندو آهي ۽ کيس لا محدود اختيار حاصل هوندا آهن. انِ سرشتي سترهين ۽ ارڙهين صدي عيسويءَ جي يورپي بادشاهين جي دور ۾ اُن وقت مقبوليت حاصل ڪئي، جڏهن يورپي بادشاهن ڪليسا، قانون ساز ادارن ۽ سماجي اشرافيه کي نظرانداز ڪيو. هي نظريو جمهوري اصولن جي خلاف آهي . اُن ۾ طاقت ۽ اختيار جو سرچشمو بادشاهه يا حاڪم پاڻ هوندو آهي. ان نظريي جا مکيه سياسي مفڪر انگلينڊ جو ٿامس هابس (1588-1679) ۽ فرانسيسي فيلسوف جين بودن (1824-1898ع ) هئا. ان نظريي جي جهلڪ اڄڪلهه جي جديد سياسي وهنوارن ۾ به نظر اچي ٿي، جڏهن ڪو آمر ڪنهن ملڪ ۾ فوجي راڄ مڙهي ٿو . هيءُ نظريو جمهوري نظام جي بلڪل ابتڙ آهي

هن سياسي نظريي 17 صدي عيسوي ۾ شهرت ماڻي، جنهن جا مکيه مفڪر هابس ۽ بوڊين آهن. هن سياسي، نظريي مطابق حڪومت جون ذميواريون ۽ اختيار لامحدود هئڻ گهرجن. هي جائز حڪومت Legitimate Government جو ضد آهي. آمر حڪومتون هن حڪومتي سرشتي جو واضح مثال آهن، جن جا اختيار محدود ۽ ڪابه روڪ ٽوڪ نه آهي.
