ھٿ ڪرائيءَ (wrist)، تريءَ ۽ آڱرين جو جڙيل ٿئي ٿو. ھٿ جي گهڻي ڀاڱي چرپر جوٽن (tendon) رستي ٿئي ٿي جيڪي بُڪ (forearm، ٺونٺ ۽ ڪرائي وچـ۾ ٻانھن جو حصو) جي مشڪن کي ھٿ جي ھڏن (carpals, metacarpals and phalanges) سان يا ھٿ جي تريءَ جي ننڍڙين مشڪن سان ڳنڍين ٿا. ھٿ ضربن لاءِ انتھائي حساس ٿين ٿا. ڊرميٽائيٽس (dermatitis) جو به عام شڪار ٿين ٿا. ھٿ ڊاپويٽرانز ڪانٽريڪچر Dupuytren’s contracture) يا واڪمينس ڪانٽريچر (Volkmann’s contracture) سبب به متاثر ٿي سگهن ٿا. ڪرائي جي مٿين پاسي کان جوٽن جي پوش جي بگاڙ سبب ھڪ بي مضر سوڄ جنھن کي گينگليان (ganglion) سڏجي پيدا ٿي سگهي ٿي. آسٽيئوآرٿرائيٽس (osteoarthritis) عام طور تي آڱوٺي ھيٺان واري سنڌ کي متاثر ڪري سگهي ٿي. ريوميٽوائڊآرٿرائيٽس (rheumatoid arthritis) بي ڊولائپ پيدا ڪري سگهي ٿي.
