اگهن جي پنوتري جيڪا اداري طرفان شين يا خدمتن جي عيوض جاري ڪئي ويندي آهي. 2 ڪسٽم طرفان شيون، جن تي ٽيڪس لاڳو ڪيو ويندو آهي ۽ انهن جا اگهه. 3 هي اصطلاح ڪن شين جي وڌ ۾ وڌ مقرر اگهه لاءِ يا خريداري جي گهٽ ۾ گهٽ اگهه لاءِ به استعمال ٿيندو آهي.

ٻاهران آيل مال جي مٿان لاڳو ڪيل محصول کي ٽيرف (Tariff) چئبو آهي، اهو محصول رياستن طرفان آمدنيءَ ۾ اضافي لاءِ ڪارگر هٿيار آهي. ڪيتريون رياستون پنهنجي معاشي ڍانچي جي واڌاري ۽ بحاليءَ لاءِ ٽيرف ۾ اضافو ڪنديون آهن. آمريڪا سميت ڪيترا سگهارا مُلڪ ٽيرف کي پنهنجي پرڏيهي پاليسيءَ جي جوڙجڪ ۾ هڪ اهم مُحرڪ طور استعمال ڪندا آهن. 1947ع ۾ گئٽ (GATT) جو عهدنامو هن ڏس ۾ وڏي اهميت رکي ٿو. هي گهڻي قدر درآمد ٿيل وکرن تي لڳندو آهي. ٽيرف جا مُختلف قسم آهن. جن مان وکر جي ڪٿيل قيمت، مخصوص تعداد جي رقم، روينيو، منع ڪيل وکرن، مقامي صنعتي تحفظ، ماحولياتي ڀلائيءَ ۽ جوابي قدم طور تي لڳايل محصول اهم آهن
