هيءُ جاندار توڙي بيجان شين جي وچ ۾ موجود جديد رابطي جي سرشتي (Cybernetics) سان لاڳاپيل اصطلاح آهي. جنهن منجهان ظاهر ٿئي ٿو ته هڪ حرڪت پذير وجود (Organism) آسپاس جي ماحول سان ڪهڙي طريقي سان مناسبت رکي ٿو. Homeostasis جي جاندار ۽ مشين وچ ۾ ضابطي ڀريل رابطائي سرشتي (Cybernetics) سان ايتري ويجهڙائي آهي، جيتري مشين جي بناوتن (Mechenics) جي توازن (Equilibrium) سان. هن خيال بابت بُنيادي ڪم پروفيسر ڪارل ڊيوئٽس (1963ع) جو ڪيل آهي. Cybernetics ۾ ڪا به حاصلات يا ماحوليات بابت ڄاڻ ترتيب (Process) ۾ آڻي، اُهي نتيجا حاصل ڪيا وڃن ٿا، جيڪي ڪو به حرڪت پذير وجود (Organism) ڄاڻڻ گهري ٿو ۽ جن سان تناسب ۾ هلڻ گهري ٿو. جيئن ته انهيءَ سرشتي ۾ ڄاڻ جو وهڪرو Cybernetics جي مک اصولن مطابق مسلسل هلندو رهي ٿو، تنهنڪري Homeostasis به بذات خود هڪ جاري وساري سرشتو آهي. ان هوندي به هيءَ تصور اڃا تائين سياسي تجزيي ۾ ڪنهن خاص معياري ماپي واري حيثيت ڪو نه ماڻي سگهيو آهي
