فِنلئنڊائپ

ڪو به ملڪ طاقت جي زور تي پنهنجي پاڙيسري ملڪن تي اثر يا دٻاءُ جا حربا استعمال ڪندو آهي ته انهيءَ عمل کي Finlandization جي اصطلاح سان نِرواريو ويندو آهي. اهڙو اِسم لڳ ڀڳ هر ملڪ جي پرڏيهي پاليسيءَ ۾ شامل هوندو آهي. اڳوڻو سوويت يونين جڏهن طاقت جي زور تي اوڀر يورپ کان وٺي فن لئنڊ تائين، يورپ جي ڪافي ملڪن تي حاوي ٿي ويو هو، تڏهن هي اصطلاح ڏاڍو مشهور ٿيو. آمريڪا ۽ سوويت يونين جي وچ ۾ ”ٿڌي ويڙهه“دؤران فنلئنڊ تي سوويت يونين جو ايترو غلبو هو، جو اُهو سوويت يونين جي خلاف ڪنهن به حڪمت عمليءَ جو حصو نه ٿيو ۽ لوهه يورپ جي مُلڪن جي اتحاد کان پاڻ کي الڳ رکيائين. هي اصطلاح هر انهيءَ ملڪ لاءِ استعمال ڪيو وڃي ٿو، جيڪو پنهنجي پاڙيسري ملڪن تي نفسياتي يا ڪنهن به حوالي سان غالب ٿئي ٿو ۽ اڻ سڌي طرح سندن پاليسين تي تمام گهڻو اثر انداز ٿئي ٿو
