برطانيا طرفان سفارتي ٻوليءَ ۾ استعمال ٿيندڙ هڪ اصطلاح ، جيڪو ڪنهن به سفارتخاني طرفان حاصل ڪيل معلومات ۽ تفصيلن کي سنواري سڌاري رپورٽن جي صورت ۾ مُلڪي اختيارين کي موڪليو ويندو آهي. سفارتي عملدار ان لک پڙهه کي دستاويزن، خبرن ۽ ٻئي مواد جي شڪل ۾ موجود ٿهي، سان گڏ پنهنجا تبصرا ۽ اضافي ڪمينٽس لکي، پنهنجي حڪومتن کي ڪاغذي ٿهي يا بنڊل جي صورت ۾ مهربند ڪري موڪليندا آهن، جنهن کي فقط لاڳاپيل مُلڪي آفيس جو عملدار ئي کولي سگهندو آهي ۽ ٻي ڪنهن مقامي يا غير مقامي حڪومت کي انهيءَ ڪاغذي يا دستاويزي ٿيلهي (Bag) کي ڦلهورڻ جي اجازت نه هوندي آهي. اهڙيءَ طرح جنهن مخصوص ڏينهن تي اهو ”ٿيلهو“ مُهر بند ڪري ڏيهي حڪومت کي موڪليو ويندو آهي. سفارتي ٻوليءَ ۾ ان ڏهاڙي کي “Bag Day” سڏيو ويندو آهي. ان ڏهاڙي تي هر قسم جو مواد فائينل ڪري سفارتڪار آڏو پيش ڪيو ويندو آهي، جيڪو ان کي پنهنجي ملڪي حڪومت ڏانهن اماڻيندو آهي
